These terms describe use of the Free The Self website, operated by MBI Holdings LLC. Please read them alongside the privacy notice.

Website and educational content

The site introduces the I-Am Path and offers a way to inquire about private identity coaching. Its content is for general information and personal development. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation or submit abusive or misleading content.

Coaching inquiries

Submitting the form is an expression of interest. It does not create a coaching relationship, guarantee acceptance or availability, or require you to pay. Any coaching engagement, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and other service terms must be agreed separately before services begin.

Nature of coaching

Identity coaching is personal development support. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis support. No particular personal, relationship, financial, or other result is promised. You remain responsible for your decisions and for seeking appropriately qualified professional care when needed.

University access

The university login takes you to a separate learning service. Your existing enrollment and the terms that apply to that service govern its use. Keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access.

Content and external services

Site content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Please request permission before reproducing them beyond uses permitted by law. External sites and services, including the university and FormSubmit, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep information accurate and links working, but site content and availability may change. These website terms may be updated; a coaching agreement you have entered separately remains subject to its own terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
