This notice describes how Free The Self, operated by MBI Holdings LLC, handles information provided through this website’s coaching inquiry form. The separately hosted university has its own services and policies.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, what you are facing, what you desire to achieve, and your agreement to be contacted. You may also provide an email address. Please do not submit sensitive health information, payment details, or information about other people.

How your inquiry is used

Your information is used to review your interest in one-to-one coaching, respond to your inquiry, and discuss whether working together is a fit. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing.

Form processing and email

Applications are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to marshall@freetheself.com. FormSubmit receives your submission and may process technical information for delivery and spam protection. Its spam check may use Google reCAPTCHA. Review FormSubmit’s privacy terms and Google’s privacy policy before submitting. Email providers also process the resulting messages. Email is not a confidential clinical communication channel.

Hosting, cookies, and external links

The site host may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the site. This implementation adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and stores no application data in your browser. The university, linked sites, FormSubmit, and its spam checks operate separately and may use cookies under their own notices.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries are kept while needed to respond and manage the coaching conversation, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact Marshall at the address below. Specific rights and exceptions depend on where you live.

This notice may be updated when the site’s practices change. The version displayed here describes the current implementation.
