Feelings are something we all have a love-hate relationship with. We like some of our feelings. We hate others. And those that we hate, we ignore, push away, resist, suppress or complain about. To help improve your relationship with your unwanted feelings, I want you to try out the, “Ok, Ok, Ok Method”. This method gets you in a habit of saying yes to your emotions. This resolves the unnecessary resistance you feel towards them. Feelings are intended to move, not stick. Getting out of the way lets them pass.
