When Chaos Hits
At times we find ourselves in the middle of the storm. It comes up on us quickly, suddenly. The rains, the hail, the wind assail us in our emotional center. And here is where we typically make an automatic assumption: this chaos is about me. Its about who I am. In this instant, you have attached your identity, your worth, to circumstances that are both temporary and outside your being.
This is the circumstance, the prime opportunity to institute Flow – Understanding, Accepting and Allowing all that is within you about your situation. Welcome it in. Allow it to be felt. Ask yourself, “can I let this go?” And welcome whatever the answer is in. This counter-intuitive approach allows us to step out of the mental/ego tantrums and fear states that bombard our awareness when chaos is happening. We are able to go back to center. And from center, we can align with solutions and with a path that clears the storm and brings greater love and awareness and success into our circumstances.
If you’ve not studied the Flow Method and want to learn more, let me know. It requires some training to grasp it.
