Oops – I’m Late

Not that kind of late!  I apologize for being late. Now onto the next exciting thing:  PLAY

Yep, play.  We need to play.  Playing is a function of thriving and being involved in our lives actively.  Playing is also a means to helping our minds and creativity expand.  For perfectionists, play is critical to overcoming the aversion to mess.  We discover the beauty of breaking through fear and stepping into things that bring us joy and love.

Play involves love, a willingness to explore and to make a mess.  What are some of the ways you like to play?  List them now on a post-it note.  Right now.

Now, its time to schedule some play.  Some dancing.  Some laughing. Schedule one event this week for this.  Report back with your experience!
