Like most things, we either learn from personal experience or learn it from another
I’ve lived it myself, and my strategies come from my real-life experiences that helped me live a life I enjoy. These same strategies have helped over 700 recovering codependents experience and enjoy who they are. I look forward to seeing what they do for you.
Real self-worth is the result of a proper alignment with your real worth – not a result of outcomes, circumstances, or opinion.
This is what I call, “Indomitable Worth”.
Indomitable Worth is a type of personal worth that is fully autonomous, free, and available to you despite circumstances, outcomes, and pain.
I discovered this concept while working through deep shame from narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, and cultural programming.
You see, I used to believe my worth was determined by the approval, rejection, disappointment, or satisfaction of others. I used to believe that my worth was diminished by failure and raised through success and status.
This created an internal hell emotionally.
Then, as I was bringing love and care into my pain, shame, guilt, and sense of inadequacy, I started to experience something profound: A sense of worth that didn’t care about those things.
I learned through repeated experiences of rejection, failure, success, and approval that this kind of worth never changed. It was always accessible to me, but I had to do the work to be in tune with it.
This is what I will teach you how to begin experiencing right now, regardless of your current situation and circumstance.
Note: I’m not saying this will be a permanent experience or change. That takes specific practices and healing to achieve. I am saying that you can experience this type of self-worth that is free of all those conditions.
