Many codependents don’t experience results in their efforts to heal, especially in therapy and self-help and they believe it is because they’re flawed, stupid, or destined to be codependent forever. This happens because they’re taught that codependency is the problem that needs solving.

Therapy had been addressing the symptoms, not the cause, of my codependency and it was not nurturing the actual solution to codependency.
Most therapists, coaches, mentors, and codependents think that codependency is what needs to be healed, stopped, transcended, etc…
Reality is this:
Codependency is a result of what you’ve been through, not who you are. It is the SYMPTOM.
What you’ve been through has trained your body and brain to respond to relationships with people, places and things with a specific dominant reaction.
This dominant reaction is called “Fawning.”
This is the cause of codependency.
What is fawning?
It is the impulse to please another or appease them so you can feel safe, feel connection, and even have a sense of identity.
It shows up as:
To end codependency in your life, you must heal the fawn response by making it safe enough for your body to advocate for yourself.

I was missing the essential steps of understanding what my codependency was trying to get me in my life and soothing the fawning response so I could connect with my own healthy aggression.
I found confidence, peace, and power I never knew when I discovered this essential piece of healing.
Understanding the actual cause of codependency helps you understand why it is happening, and allows you to intervene and reprogram that cause through body-based soothing practices, so the impulse for codependent behaviors is reduced and eventually replaced with confidence and inward security.
Healing the pain that triggers your codependency starts with building a gentle awareness of what you’re feeling, sensing, and thinking. This helps your mind and body feel an increase a sense of safety, and helps you start hearing your own voice and guidance. Through your own awareness, you are empowered in your healing and self-trust.
Understanding, valuing, and care for one’s emotions is crucial to lasting healing, well-being, and the inevitable happiness that comes from healing. This depends on one’s skills in navigating their capacity, receiving and nurturing their emotional realities.
This training teaches you how to identify your capacities and shows you how to receive and care for your emotions using a simple 3-step practice.
Codependency has had you enmeshing and blending with other people. This has caused you to lose contact with your own sense of self. This leaves you struggling to know what you really want, like, need, hear your own voice and wisdom, and worth.
This training gives you the essential skill and practice to help you distinguish yourself from others and start to really know yourself and hear yourself. This deepens your sovereignty, safety, power, and well-being.
Codependency depends on fantasy to survive. Your health, happiness, and well-being depend on reality to thrive.
I gently, softly guide you through identifying your fantasies, identify reality, and begin trusting and integrating that experience.
Much of codependency is an attempt to try to feel valuable, worthy, and lovable. This seeking of worth outside yourself leaves you exposed to painful rejection, manipulation, and love-bombing.
This training guides you into experiencing your real worth and inspiring the natural, inward love you have for yourself to come alive. This deepens your safety and freedom from abuse, love-bombing, and manipulation.
We often feel powerless when we’re in our codependent impulses. This is because power has been given to those outside of ourselves.
To heal, we must reclaim our personal space and autonomy so we can access our power.
In this training, I guide you in discovering and embodying your 2 Rights and tapping into what your REAL power and responsibility are.
Discover what boundaries really are, how to detect your boundaries quickly, and how to execute them so they produce more peace, safety, connection, and personal confidence.
Your pain is carried by internal parts or “aspects of self”. These are inward versions of you that lived through the experience and carry the thoughts, feelings, needs, and wants you had at the time of pain and trauma.
When these parts have a shared relationship to a concept (for instance, relationships, love, or money), they create a complex interconnection that must be cared for in order for you and they to experience actual healing. I call these “Constellations”.
You will learn how to discern your inward aspects of Self, begin to care for them, and then identify and navigate trauma constellations. This will create deep, direct healing and growth while eliminating the frustrations caused by the illusion of “setbacks” and “back to square one” thinking.
You will learn how to inquire about what your body and Aspects of Self need in the healing work that is happening. You’ll learn how to hear their responses and implement them as best you’re able.
You will learn how to approach these parts and yourself with warmth, concern, and generosity. This creates a deepening sense of care, rootedness, and healing of inward lonenliness.
Healing requires what I call “The Warm Witness”. A warm witness is a person that is present and aware of your lived experience and what you’re feeling and facing. They receive all this with gentleness, warmth, care, and concern.
You will learn how to cultivate your own internal Warm Witness and begin using that witness in your curiosity, inquiry, and care practices.
This will create deeper healing, shelter, and nurture, producing more peace, more clarity, and more self-confidence.
You will learn how to shift from believing that your pain or trauma was caused by something in you to understanding and viewing it as an experience you went through.
This will help you liberate your sense of worth from the judgments of the pain and release any significance that was applied to the pain and events that keeps you stuck reliving them within your body’s reality.
You likely didn’t grow up learning how to discern healthy and unhealthy people, nor how to identify trustworthy and available individuals. You likely learned the “take a leap and hope it works out” method.
This training guides you in detecting trustworthy people based on eight specific behaviors, giving you the power to detect safe people and unsafe people.
You will also learn what resources you need in your life and build a plan to nurture them in your life.
