I suffered with complex PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, and unyielding emotional pain for over 35 years of my life.
 
I sought many, many ways to end the crippling panic, anxiety, shame, self-loathing, and crushing anguish I carried for nearly 35 years as a survivor of early childhood sexual abuse, emotional and psychological abuse (narcissistic abuse and religious cult abuse), neglect and abandonment.
 
I did therapy, EFT clearing work, shamanic clearing work, countless hours of reading self-help books, watching YouTube videos, hundreds of affirmation practices, and I still felt so unworthy, broken, hijacked by my emotions, and never really getting past “square one”. 
 
Here’s what I discovered:

I didn’t understand what real healing was and I didn’t have the right tools to make it happen gently or easily.

Most therapists, coaches, mentors, and survivors think healing is about fixing one’s pain through correcting how they think and feel about what they went through.

Reality is this:

Real healing is the result of your body completing it’s natural emotional process for returning to peace after pain.

And this requires you to understand how to create a warm, safe-enough witness that lets your body do what it needs to, to find regulation and center naturally.

THREE GENTLE STEPS TO HEALING:

STEP ONE: BUILD EMOTIONAL SAFETY

Real, actual healing is not possible when your body feels unsafe or in danger.

Through special practices, you help your body start to feel safe enough to explore, to experiment, and to heal.

STEP TWO: CONNECT & VALIDATE

Trying to heal so you get a specific outcome or result in your life sets you up to fail.

Real healing is organic and emerges through practices and processes that allow the body to process and integrate the pain and energy it has been living with.

Curiosity and inquiry teach you how to let your body guide your healing work and help you help it heal.

STEP THREE: SOOTHE THE PAIN, ENGAGE THE FREEDOM

Judgment, shame, resistance, and denial are the common ways we ignore, devalue, and exile our pain.

This comes from the belief our pain is wrong, bad, or needs fixing before we can be loved or cared for. 

These are learned beliefs.  We learned the from the rejection and criticism we received when we had pain and shared it.

In this step, you learn how to reverse this habit and begin nurturing a warm, caring witness to your pain.  This allows you to bring in deeper care and kindness, and begin to heal shame, guilt, and abandonment.

THESE STEPS ARE MASTERED THROUGH 8 TRAININGS:

TRAINING ONE: WHAT IS FIXING AND WHAT IS REAL HEALING

I show you what is really going on when we’re healing, the invisible loop that as at play, and how to nurture your actual healing through the Curiosity-Inquiry-Care framework.

TRAINING TWO: CAPACITY AND REAL HEALING

You will learn how capacity directs your healing, how to nurture your capacity at the level of the body, and how to begin navigating your healing efforts with more care.  You will heal for you, not for the expectations of others or some arbitrary timetable.

TRAINING THREE: BELIEVING YOURSELF AGAIN

You cannot heal what you do not believe deserves healing.  Further, if you do not believe your feelings, pain, needs, wants, and lived experience to be valid and real, your healing efforts will fail. 

I teach you how to restore trust and belief in the validity of your pain, emotions, and lived experience.  This allows your healing to take root in your body and mind, manifesting in more peace and clarity.

TRAINING FOUR: ASPECTS OF SELF & INNER REALITY

Your pain is carried by internal parts or “aspects of self”.  These are inward versions of you that lived through the experience and carry the thoughts, feelings, needs, and wants you had at the time of pain and trauma. 

When these parts have a shared relationship to a concept (for instance, relationships, love, or money), they create a complex interconnection that must be cared for in order for you and they to experience actual healing. I call these “Constellations”.

You will learn how to discern your inward aspects of Self, begin to care for them, and then identify and navigate trauma constellations.  This will create deep, direct healing and growth while eliminating the frustrations caused by the illusion of “setbacks” and “back to square one” thinking.

TRAINING FIVE: INQUIRY - UNDERSTANDING YOUR INNER SELVES

You will learn how to inquire about what your body and Aspects of Self need in the healing work that is happening.  You’ll learn how to hear their responses and implement them as best you’re able.

You will learn how to approach these parts and yourself with warmth, concern, and generosity.  This creates a deepening sense of care, rootedness, and healing of inward lonenliness.

TRAINING SIX: WARM WITNESS & CARE

Healing requires what I call “The Warm Witness”.  A warm witness is a person that is present and aware of your lived experience and what you’re feeling and facing.  They receive all this with gentleness, warmth, care, and concern.  

You will learn how to cultivate your own internal Warm Witness and begin using that witness in your curiosity, inquiry, and care practices.

This will create deeper healing, shelter, and nurture, producing more peace, more clarity, and more self-confidence.

TRAINING SEVEN: UNTANGLING YOURSELF FROM THE MEANING AND THE PAIN

You will learn how to shift from believing that your pain or  trauma was caused by something in you to understanding and viewing it as an experience you went through. 

This will help you liberate your sense of worth from the judgments of the pain and release any significance that was applied to the pain and events that keeps you stuck reliving them within your body’s reality.

TRAINING EIGHT: PUTTING THIS INTO PRACTICE - DIRECTED EMOTIONAL PROCESSING

You will learn how to implement everything you’ve learned in the previous seven modules by using Marshall’s mind-body processing method called “Directed Emotional Processing”.

You will leave this training having experienced this simple emotional processing style, along with ongoing live group processing sessions to help you master it in your own healing work.

The trainings and practices in the Course are designed with personal therapy in mind.  It is built around the principles that the student leads their therapy.

The courses involve tools that are oriented to the somatic, or felt-sense part of reality and experience, and included cognitive reframing practices using questions, exploration, and experience.

Will I Be Required To Complete Everything In A Specific Amount Of Time (or, Is it REALLY Go At Your Own Pace?)

All trainings and courses are go-at-your-own-pace. 

Is There A Refund Or Guarantee Period?
